The services on our website correspond to those available on the tour. Even so, we still provide a 1X24 hour money back guarantee after tourists decide to cancel their trip.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 1×24 hours. If 1×24 hours has passed since Booking or cancellation, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item (Ticket) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-refundable if:
- Gift card
- Tips
- Resevations Fees
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange
We only change the schedule or change the time. If you confirm 3×24 hours before your scheduled visit, send us an email at lestaritravell03@gmail.com and send your items to: our tickets to Jl. Tugu Jaya Cigombong Fort, Bogor, West Java
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped or given directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has shipped their own order to give to you. then it will not count as a refund.
